About The Position
Seize an incredible career opportunity as a board-eligible or board-certified premium cataract & refractive surgeon. This role is ideal for a top-quality surgical leader eager to perform 2,000+ surgeries per year and champion advanced cataract & refractive education within a thriving practice. Position Highlights: Spend the majority of your time performing premium cataract & refractive procedures, working with cutting-edge technology and advanced lens options, including: Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery (LACS) with femtosecond laser Light Adjustable Lenses (LALs) Multifocal and Extended Depth-of-Focus (EDOF) Lenses Toric Lenses Collaborate directly with the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Executive Committee to drive clinical excellence and educate both patients and colleagues on emerging technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
- A proven history of successful surgical outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to offering high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Immediate access to high surgical volumes (2,000+ cases per year) with a focus on superior patient care.
