Let's go Live! together . Location: We are seeking a Premium Bartender at T-Mobile Park , home of the Seattle Mariners. Job Type: Part-time Seasonal This position follows the Seattle Mariners' home-game schedule from March through September. Work from October to February is not guaranteed and is based on business needs and union seniority. Union Status: Union This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with UNITEHERE Local 8 . Work Location: In person Pay: $23.75 per hour Principle Function: The Premium Bartender is responsible for creating positive guest experiences by accurately mixing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages. They uphold Sodexo Live! standards to ensure all products meet the highest expectations for quality, taste, and presentation, contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction and maximizing bar revenue. In addition to preparing beverages according to guest specifications, Sodexo Live! guidelines , and state regulations for responsible alcohol service, the Premium Bartender also performs essential operational tasks, including inventory counts, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining an organized bar environment. In certain settings, they may also support service staff by efficiently fulfilling beverage orders in a friendly and timely manner. Premium Bartenders are expected to remain attentive to guest needs at all times, creating and sustaining a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere where every guest feels valued and well cared for.

Requirements

  • TIPS or TEAM trained or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years old in accordance with state alcohol service regulations.
  • A bility to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment.
  • Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register .
  • Strong skills for persuasive sales, with keen ability to connect easily with customers.
  • Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs.
  • Advanced knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
  • Proven ability to craft premium and specialty cocktails with consistent quality and presentation.
  • Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Strong POS system proficiency .
  • High attention to detail in both beverage preparation and guest experience.
  • Knowledge of responsible beverage service protocols and alcohol safety regulations.
  • Skilled at maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as for bar operations.
  • Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight.
  • Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.

  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages, pairings, and menu offerings based on guest preferences.
  • Maintain a sanitary and well‑organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and full compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service protocols at all times.
  • Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and communicate product needs proactively.
  • Collaborate with bar staff, servers, and management to support smooth service and a cohesive guest experience.
  • Assist with bar setup and breakdown for daily service, special events , and private functions.
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to a premium atmosphere through attention to detail, product knowledge, and service excellence.
