Responsibilities

• Individually schedule appointments with clients to conduct premium audits and obtain necessary information.
• Submit audit reports via web-portal and AFIRM's exclusive premium auditing software.
• Contact clients and communicate via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions.
• Examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records.
• Evaluate operational practices.
• Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
