About The Position
The Premium Analyst is responsible for maintaining an assigned book of business with minimal supervision. This role involves suspense management, analyzing and applying premium, and developing relationships with the National Sales Organization, Account Managers, Brokers, and policyholders to resolve billing issues. The analyst works within a high-volume, fast-paced service operations team that processes over $1 billion in premium annually.
