The position is primarily responsible for the evaluation, approval, completion, and processing of mail audits and reviewing phone audits within a multi-functional business unit. The role involves providing direct customer service via phone, fax, and e-mail to both internal and external customers, including Business Development Consultants, service center representatives, finance, TPA representatives, and other premium audit staff, as well as agents, attorneys, NCCI/regulatory bureaus, and policyholders. The individual will respond to inquiries related to audits and other policy concerns.
