About The Position

The Premier Services Representative with PlainsCapital Bank provides full service, on-demand, concierge banking on a 24 hour basis to PlainsCapital Bank's elite clientele. This role involves providing support to Lending Officers by assisting their clients with various tasks such as account management, wire transfers, foreign currency transactions, debit card resolutions, notarizing documents, and cash delivery and pick-up. Additionally, the representative is responsible for developing new business and relationships while continuing to cultivate existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service, on-demand concierge banking to elite clientele.
• Assist Lending Officers with client tasks such as account management and wire transfers.
• Handle foreign currency transactions and debit card resolutions.
• Notarize documents as needed.
• Manage cash delivery and pick-up services.
• Develop new business and relationships with clients.
• Cultivate existing client relationships.
