Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a residential electrician.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively address customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Must possess the appropriate local and state licenses required for the job.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment for both residential and commercial clients.
• Inspect and assess the condition of electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and determine the necessary repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and job specifications.
• Identify and order the correct materials and quantities needed for repairs and new projects.
• Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide to offer clear, accurate repair or installation options, and ensure all safety protocols are followed during inspections.
