About The Position

The Premier Digital Sales Strategist role will focus on assisting the Premier Sales Directors with strategy development, working directly with our local stations, and helping manage digital revenue for bilingual and Spanish-language campaigns. Speaking Spanish is required, as this position will meet with clients on sales calls when presenting both digital and broadcast solutions. This is a fully remote position and can be applied for in any state in which Gray conducts business in.

Requirements

  • Spanish-speaking/Bilingual
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT
  • Superior multitasking and management skills. Able to work cross-functionally and handle multiple requests daily.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the strategy development and sales presentations for key bilingual and Spanish-language campaigns
  • High-level client meetings and calls
  • Station Visits
  • Periodically assist with station sales meetings
  • Assist the corporate Training team in their digital curriculum and training
  • Keeping stations on track to budget
