About The Position

The PREMIER Digital Innovation & Strategy Internship is a 90-day program designed for students to gain hands-on experience in the financial industry. Interns will collaborate with the Digital Innovation and Strategy team to enhance customer experience through emerging technologies on the company's digital platforms. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real projects that align with PREMIER's business objectives and customer demands.

Requirements

• Applicants should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education.
• Passion for creating great customer experiences with a digital-preferred mindset.
• Ability to quickly understand the fundamental end-to-end customer experience of PREMIER's digital products.
• Possess intermediate PC skills.
• Attentiveness to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Digital Product Owners to maximize the value of digital products and anticipate customer needs.
• Create data flows for existing website and mobile app features.
• Collaborate with the Product Owners in an Agile, team-based environment.
• Assist in developing clear and concise acceptance criteria under the direction of the Product Owner.
• Research best practices in today's digital technology to improve customer experience.
• Propose ideas to increase PREMIER's digital exposure to customers.
• Monitor digital platform performance daily.
• Conduct Cross-Platform Comparison Audits.
• Create automated tests for website and mobile app features.
