About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Attend meetings to learn issues management processes.
  • Review datasets to isolate scenarios and present recommendations.
  • Prepare formal communication pieces and present findings.
  • Gain understanding of products handled by the Business Support department.
  • Assist Business Support Analysts and management with daily tasks.
  • Monitor reports and complete audits.
  • Investigate, develop, and recommend cost-efficient improvements and strategies.
  • Create and update reports of recommendations and present them to management.
