As a Premier Banker, you are a trusted professional to all areas of the bank with a focus on special care to the needs of both consumer and small business customers. You serve as the customers' relationship manager to uncover their specific needs and goals, backed by the bank's products, technology and resources. Premier Bankers work closely with other Nicolet employees and focus on introducing customers to other specialists who can assist with their specific financial needs.
