About The Position

LMCU is seeking a Premier Banker I who will be responsible for originating and managing a portfolio of commercial and private loans. The primary objective is to maintain and enhance asset quality while developing new and existing Premier Banking relationships to secure their primary banking needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of one to three years of similar or related experience.
• Previous Premier (private) banking and both commercial and consumer lending experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field of study.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on high income/high net worth individuals to obtain their primary banking relationship.
• Handle Commercial and Consumer Loan requests of Premier members.
• Collect and provide the Premier Banking Assistant with necessary financial information for member approval.
• Present the Premier Banking Program to targeted groups such as HR departments of local hospitals, law firms, and accounting firms.
• Actively participate in organizations to promote LMCU and Premier Banking awareness.
• Expand existing business by calling on clients and prospects to grow the Premier Member base.
• Meet with Premier members at their convenience to open premier accounts.
