The Premier Banker I or II position at Truist Bank is designed for individuals who will serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of financially complex client relationships within the mass affluent market segment. This role is pivotal in utilizing sound personal financial planning and advisory concepts to develop and deepen client relationships while providing an integrated delivery of a broad range of retail solutions, including banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance services. The successful candidate will leverage the Truist referral network to generate client acquisition and provide comprehensive advice and solutions tailored to the needs of mass affluent clients. In this role, the Premier Banker will be responsible for establishing and periodically updating an understanding of client financial needs through sound profiling and personal financial planning analysis. They will proactively collaborate with financial advisors on assigned investment accounts to ensure adherence to investment and asset allocation objectives. Staying informed about changing economic, legal, and financial planning trends is crucial, as the banker will serve as a personal financial planning resource for clients and their advisors. The position also requires meeting revenue growth, profitability, and retention goals by developing new clients and expanding services to existing clients. The banker will participate in the sales management process, which includes delivering excellent client service, supporting Truist segmentation models, and utilizing the automated sales process. Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with various Truist product and service specialists is essential to ensure a seamless approach to client service and development efforts. Additionally, the Premier Banker will work within the existing audit, compliance, and regulatory framework to maintain a high-quality, compliant portfolio of client relationships. Participation in the ongoing development of the Premier Banking program, including processes, products, and operating policies, is also a key responsibility of this role.
