About The Position

3rd Shift Preloader - Hudson, NY This is a full-time, hourly, 3rd shift position. Preference will be given to candidates with preloader experience. Qualifications: Meet all qualifications of a Utility Classification. Operate a lap top computer. Meet minimum tool requirement list. Job Requirements: Ability to work with minimal supervision. Maintain a good attendance record. (No more than 3 days unexcused absent in calendar year). Ability to work well with others. Conduct all job tasks with a positive safety attitude. Maintains good housekeeping. Safely and efficiently perform trailer preloading and loading activities in accordance with ADM operational procedures and production schedules. Verify product weights, labeling, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with ADM quality and food safety standards. Collaborate with milling and trucking teams to coordinate BOL placement and maintain on-time shipment readiness. Conduct pre-load and pre-trip inspections of trailers and loading areas to ensure cleanliness, proper condition, and adherence to contamination prevention protocols. Utilize laptop computers and ADM inventory systems to record load data, maintain accurate shipment records, and support inventory management processes. Perform routine equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns to supervision. Adhere to all ADM safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety requirements, maintaining a strong commitment to a safe and compliant work environment. Maintain housekeeping standards in all work areas, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient operation. Assist in trailer shuttling and loading and yard management activities as required, ensuring proper trailer positioning and readiness for outbound movement. Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork with colleagues and leadership to support continuous improvement and operational excellence on the 3rd shift. Support daily yard audits Unload return flour trailers and rail cars into the mill as directed ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
