Preferred Communities (PC) Intensive Case Manager

The Preferred Communities Case Manager at the Ethiopian Community Association of Chicago, Inc. is responsible for conducting intensive case management and evaluation of program service activities for vulnerable refugees. This role involves developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and service providers, guiding case assistants and volunteers, and ensuring effective execution of program responsibilities. The case manager will also set performance objectives, develop outreach plans, and implement program assessments to meet the agency's goals in accordance with ORR guidelines.
