About The Position

The Prefab Offsite Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of offsite fabrication and modular construction activities supporting multi-phase, campus-scale data center projects. This role focuses on the coordination of design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, and testing of prefabricated systems to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while meeting high quality standards. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical or mechanical assembly, with experience supporting skidded, modular, or pre-assembled systems in a fast-paced production or construction environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field (preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, modular fabrication, or mission-critical facilities
  • Experience supporting skidded, modular, or pre-assembled electrical or mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with production, manufacturing, and logistics workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of manufactured and prefabricated components, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate fabrication activities across multiple vendors, integrators, and internal project teams
  • Support high-quality execution and delivery of complex offsite fabrication scopes through the full project lifecycle
  • Ensure contract deliverables are met through regular coordination, reporting, and schedule updates
  • Support supply chain, fabrication, integration, testing, quality, and commissioning coordination efforts
  • Track fabrication progress, ROJ dates, testing milestones, and shipment readiness
  • Identify and escalate risks associated with manufacturing schedules, logistics, or technical scope
  • Prepare regular status updates and reports for project and leadership teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations
  • Support preparation of project documentation, schedules, and execution plans
  • Other duties as assigned
