About The Position

As a Prefabricated ADU House Sales Representative, your primary role is to leverage your extensive sales experience to drive revenue by promoting and selling prefabricated ADU houses to potential clients. In addition to your sales expertise, the ability to expedite city permit processes is a significant advantage. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of prefabricated construction and be able to communicate the benefits of ADU houses to prospective buyers effectively. This role involves strategic sales and business development in residential and commercial markets, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and staying informed about local building regulations. You will apply comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate advantages to clients, address their needs, and stay updated on industry trends. Client relationship management is key, requiring you to build strong relationships with various stakeholders and act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process, customizing ADU solutions as needed. Collaboration with internal design, engineering, and production teams is essential for seamless delivery. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, developing detailed proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. Finally, the role includes maintaining accurate sales records and providing insights through regular reports on performance and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the prefabricated construction sales or vehicle sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical information to clients.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
