About The Position
Dubak Electrical Group LLC is continuing to grow and is seeking a Prefab Project Manager in the Greater Chicago Area. This role involves overseeing all aspects of PreFab Construction and Controls & Automation projects from inception to completion. The projects will vary in size and will be industrial in nature, spanning various industries. The Prefab Project Manager will assist in creating and identifying new bidding opportunities, initiate job estimates from start to finish, plan the awarded work, execute the awarded project, monitor and control the project, and finally close the project with the assistance of the Engineering Manager and PreFab Manufacturing Manager. This position is the single point of accountability for project delivery, including design (where applicable), scope, cost, and schedule. Additionally, the Prefab Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall direction for projects involving Prefabrication and Industrial Electrical Controls, as well as developing new business opportunities relative to specific clients, market sectors, or geographical areas. Project sizes will typically range from $1,000 to $10.0M.
