We are looking for a Predictive Maintenance Engineer in Little Chute, WI. This position will direct, coordinate and administer engineering and project management functions to improve or maintain the physical structures, equipment, utilities and facilities in our food manufacturing facility. What’s involved in this role : Execute the <$150k Capex portfolio at the site Plan projects, develop cost estimates, obtain quotes, prepare capital expenditure requests and participate in capital budgeting processes. Develop FEL (front end loading) design and planning documents, to assure project schedule, cost and performance criteria are met. Evaluate existing equipment and process technology and systematically upgrade capabilities to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and production requirements. Develop and/or coordinate and maintain technical documentation, including P+IDs, PFDs, construction drawings, functional descriptions, etc. pertinent to project work and facilities. Lead or support improvements in process controls systems to meet operational objectives. Support the development of preventative and predictive maintenance programs, TPM, critical spares analysis, and other reliability efforts, as part of an overall emphasis on reduced down-time in the plant. Perform failure analysis and Root Cause Analysis on equipment failures, develop corrective actions and track results. Collaborating with other engineering teams on process efficiency, quality, and safety improvement projects. Provide hands-on support to production lines as needed. Evaluate and support utility system operation. Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, local building codes and safe work practices and model safety compliance and behaviors in the workplace. Adhere to all government and company safety, sanitation and GMP policies and regulations.
