The Preconstruction Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of preconstruction services that set the foundation for project execution. This position partners closely with all Hoffman departments, including but not limited to execution teams, scheduling, estimating, and procurement. You will act as the Project Manager or collaborate with dedicated project managers when assigned. Additionally, you will work with stakeholders to align design, schedule, and cost objectives. The role requires adaptability, as responsibilities may vary by project, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
