What You’ll Bring A strategic mindset and a drive to make every project a success story. Proven experience in construction estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction leadership. The ability to translate complex plans and data into clear, actionable strategies. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. A collaborative leadership style rooted in integrity, accountability, and optimism. Technical mastery of preconstruction software and project scheduling tools. A natural curiosity and desire to innovate, improve, and deliver excellence.

Requirements

  • Leadership, Honesty, Loyalty Work Ethic.
  • Four-year bachelor’s degree (or) commensurate experience in construction science/management or construction engineering.
  • Eight or more years of experience estimating commercial construction projects in the $5M to $50M+ project size range.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • General knowledge of construction principles and processes.
  • High level conceptual estimating ability.
  • Ability to manage a design to a budget.
  • Ability to multitask and meet simultaneous deliverables.
  • Expertise in the procurement of construction work.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient with appropriate software.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to varied audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
