The ability to translate complex plans and data into clear, actionable strategies. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. A collaborative leadership style rooted in integrity, accountability, and optimism. Technical mastery of preconstruction software and project scheduling tools.
