What You’ll Bring A strategic mindset and a drive to make every project a success story. Proven experience in construction estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction leadership. The ability to translate complex plans and data into clear, actionable strategies. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. A collaborative leadership style rooted in integrity, accountability, and optimism. Technical mastery of preconstruction software and project scheduling tools. A natural curiosity and desire to innovate, improve, and deliver excellence.

Requirements

Leadership, Honesty, Loyalty Work Ethic.
Four-year bachelor’s degree (or) commensurate experience in construction science/management or construction engineering.
Eight or more years of experience estimating commercial construction projects in the $5M to $50M+ project size range.
Ability to analyze and interpret drawings and specifications.
General knowledge of construction principles and processes.
High level conceptual estimating ability.
Ability to manage a design to a budget.
Ability to multitask and meet simultaneous deliverables.
Expertise in the procurement of construction work.
Strong math and analytical skills.
High attention to detail.
Proficient with appropriate software.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to varied audiences.
Strong presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
