Colliers Project Leaders is currently looking for a Preconstruction Manager – Design Management Support to join our Owner's Rep team remotely within the US. The Design Management Support role for a key data center client provides day-to-day coordination and operational support to ensure the design process remains organized, aligned, and responsive throughout design and construction. This role manages design documentation, schedules, and package tracking while maintaining Procore Standards and ensuring compliance across architect and engineering partners. Acting as a liaison between design teams, project management, and construction, the role supports coordination across EORs, design-assist partners, and subcontractors to drive clarity, close submittals, and resolve RFIs. The role also assists with construction administration, QA/QC of design issuances, and change management by helping identify cost and scope impacts. Overall, the team member focuses on enabling efficient design delivery, alignment across buildings, and smooth integration of customer or tenant design needs.
