Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program in Construction Management or Project Management.
• Self-motivated and eager learner with an aptitude to grow and develop within the field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Impeccable integrity and ethics with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining CRM data related to project pursuits, clients, and opportunities.
• Generate reports and dashboards that provide insight into market trends, project pipeline, and business development performance.
• Support preconstruction teams with data driven analysis for bid strategies, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ensure data integrity across systems by cleaning, validating, and standardizing information.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating to streamline data processes and reporting needs.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
