The ideal candidate should be proficient in using a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of the required software. Practical problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. The candidate must also be able to collaborate with diverse teams both on-site and in the office. Some responsibilities will be office-based, particularly those related to documentation and planning, while others will require on-site presence for field walks and meetings with stakeholders. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Highschool Diploma, Technical Associate, or a related experience Experience: Some previous experience in construction or internships is preferred but not required. Knowledge of construction programs like Bluebeam studio, AutoCAD, and Revit are beneficial but not required. Travel: 50% depending on business needs Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Overtime may be required.
