About The Position

Precision VMC Operator-Programmer Ready for a role where your offsets and edits make the difference? Imagine owning your cell: pulling work from Epicor, setting up a Vertical Mill, and producing custom parts that pass inspection the first time. If you thrive on precision and pace, this is for you. What you’ll do Use Epicor to retrieve work orders, setup notes, and blueprints; organize jobs for efficient flow. Load, verify, and fine-tune programs for Vertical Mills; edit programs and setup instructions when needed. Set up and run at least two Vertical Mills in the department with confidence. Perform changeovers quickly—hands-on, detail-driven, and methodical. Deburr parts with a deburring wheel and hand tools to meet finish requirements. Verify features with hand measurement tools; confirm parts are within tolerance. Apply offsets and program edits to bring parts back into spec when required. Transact work in Epicor: scan parts, record dates, and document job details. Conduct basic preventative maintenance tasks on Vertical Mills. Comfort reading and editing G-code. Able to lift/push/pull 40 lbs safely. Preferred: 2+ years operating CNC equipment, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
