About The Position

The Precision Therapy Business Operations Coordinator plays a key role in enabling access to advanced therapies for children with rare and genetic diseases. This position focuses on two main areas: 1. Onboarding FDA-Approved Therapies Lead the contracting, project management, quality checks, and cross-functional coordination needed to bring new FDA-approved gene and cell therapies into practice. Work closely with pharmacy, legal, clinical teams, and external partners to ensure readiness and compliance. 2. Building the Therapy Navigator Program Partner with an MD lead to design and implement the Therapy Navigator platform, which connects patients to “n-of-1” therapies, clinical trials, and other precision treatment options. Help develop logistical pathways, operational workflows, and implementation strategies for this innovative program. Position Details: This is a hybrid position – on-site and remote could be options depending on program needs. Incumbent will typically work Monday-Friday during regular business hours.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project coordination experience managing complex, multi-scope projects
  • Demonstrated advanced level experience with computer system applications including spreadsheet, word processing and database applications and demonstrated analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a leadership or department team
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external senior-level leaders
  • Demonstrated proficient time management, ability to prioritize and flex work to align with business operational priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and professional behavior while acting decisively
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in an independent manner
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including discernment, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Demonstrated experience managing remote and in-person meetings

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution, which will be verified.
  • Experience working in a matrixed healthcare or health insurance setting
  • Project or Program Management
  • Genetics experience
  • EPIC experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding processes for new therapies, including contracts, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams (pharmacy, legal, clinical) to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Support development of the Therapy Navigator program, including platform design and operational planning.
  • Collaborate with the MD lead to build logistical and implementation pathways.
  • Track progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to leadership.
