About The Position

Your day, at a glance From the first part off the line to the final system ready to ship, you are the quality guardian in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You begin by reviewing job travelers and drawings, then move to hands-on inspections of fabricated sheet-metal and machined components. As assemblies come together, you verify sub-systems and finished systems meet requirements through targeted testing and meticulous measurement. What you will do Inspect fabricated sheet-metal and machined parts end-to-end, validating conformance at each stage. Run special tests as assigned, including Hi Pot, functional checks, first article inspections, and calibration activities. Take precise measurements using dedicated measuring tools and instruments. Complete accurate data entry for quality assurance analysis and traceability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions. Create and maintain product labels to ensure proper identification and status control. Generate, maintain, and file inspection records and related documentation. Conduct internal ISO audits to support compliance and continual improvement. What you bring Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics. Knowledge of AS9100 quality management requirements.
