- Proven precision millwright experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work extended schedules
- Willingness to travel consistently
- Safety-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Precision alignment (laser & dial indicator)
- Equipment setting and leveling
- Rotating equipment installation and rebuilds
- Couplings, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, fans, conveyors
- Read blueprints and work from tight tolerances
- Execute shutdown/outage work under schedule pressure
