Documentation of manufacturing parameters, issues, and first-time yield is required, along with adherence to work instructions and safety practices. The operator is expected to work independently to solve minor problems, report errors and accidents, and support root cause analysis. Opportunities exist to multitask and operate multiple machines to maximize production output while maintaining quality. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a clean room environment.
