What you'll tackle Create, modify, and optimize CMM programs (PC-DMIS or Zeiss Calypso) Read complex blueprints and apply GD&T to drive inspection strategy Run first article inspections and support production verification Complete full dimensional layouts for tight-tolerance aerospace parts Troubleshoot inspection results and resolve measurement variances Collaborate with engineering and production to uphold quality standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of CMM programming experience
- Strong hands-on proficiency in PC-DMIS and/or Zeiss Calypso
- Deep understanding of GD&T and metrology methodology
Nice To Haves
- Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated industries
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple part numbers
