About The Position

Can you turn flat sheet into a flawless form—first-article to final piece—while holding tight tolerances? If so, this mission is for you. Your mission Help us deliver aerospace-grade parts that pass rigorous AS9100 requirements. You’ll own setup, forming, and in-process inspection on the press brake, partnering with Engineering and Quality to keep production accurate, safe, and efficient. How you'll succeed Nail the setup: Load the program, choose the right punches and dies, align and adjust until angles and dimensions hit spec. Form with precision: Read drawings and bend instructions to produce parts that meet both dimensional and visual criteria. Protect the process: Maintain tooling condition, perform daily machine care, and report issues before they impact flow. Validate quality: Perform first-article and in-process checks; document results and communicate nonconformances. Support the schedule: Meet daily targets, call out material or workflow blockers, and contribute to continuous improvement. Work safely: Wear PPE, follow safety protocols, keep the area organized, and report hazards or near misses.
