Position Summary: Ensures the effective and efficient use of services, monitors appropriateness and medical necessity and provides necessary information for authorization of diagnostic testing with multiply insurance providers. Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits and obtains deductible and coinsurance amounts, obtaining precertification/authorization for outpatient diagnostic testing and other services as needed. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. The position offers a hybrid schedule. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
