About The Position

The Pre-Weigh Morning Worker (HD) is responsible for heavy-duty weighing, staging, and handling of raw materials in an industrial production environment. This role ensures materials are prepared accurately, safely, and on time to support morning production.

Responsibilities

• Weigh raw materials according to batch sheets
• Lift and transport heavy materials using pallet jacks or carts
• Verify material codes and lot numbers
• Record weights accurately in logs or digital systems
• Label and stage materials for production
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow GMP and safety procedures
• Report discrepancies or hazards
• Support inventory rotation (FIFO)
• Reportar discrepancias, derrames o riesgos de seguridad
• Colaborar con supervisores y producción
• Pesar materias primas según hojas de lote
• Levantar y transportar materiales pesados con patines o carros
• Verificar códigos de material y números de lote
• Registrar pesos con precisión
• Etiquetar y preparar materiales para producción
• Mantener el área limpia y segura
• Cumplir normas GMP y de seguridad
• Reportar discrepancias o riesgos
• Apoyar la rotación de inventario (FIFO)
