About The Position

Our Pre-Voc Community Program located in Slingerlands, NY, currently has a Full Time 35-hour Pre-Voc Specialist position available. The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 8:30am-3:30pm. The rate of pay is $20.00 per hour. The Pre-Voc Specialist will provide direct support to people participating in the Community Based Pre-vocational program. The Pre-Voc Specialist will support people in developing the soft skills and work skills necessary for employment in the community. Want to be a WWAARC Pre-Voc Specialist and join our Team?

Requirements

• Required to be 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Able to communicate clearly & courteously
• Must have good organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• prefer a High School Diploma or equivalent, but these are not required.
