About The Position
The Pre-Trial Navigator at Leaders in Community Alternatives, Inc. is responsible for providing one-on-one services to Sacramento County Pretrial clients, acting as the primary coordinator of the program. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience in the Criminal Justice field while contributing positively to the community. The position involves developing Individual Program Plans (IPP) and ensuring clients are linked to essential community-based supports such as mental health services, substance abuse treatment, and housing assistance.
