About The Position

Pre-Test Coordinator role will research, prepare and schedule emission test events from data delivered by customers in conjunction with publicly available permit data and state/federal rule applicability. Test events will be for emissions performance of engines, turbines, and enclosed combustors on upstream and midstream oil and gas industry. Role requires research of permit data, company database, and customer databases to schedule the appropriate test event. Scheduling requires balancing customer needs, asset availability and field human resources. Job can be performed partially remote. Preference is to have at least two days per week in Sheridan, WY office.

Requirements

  • Possess exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must have a technical background and strong mathematical skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and can complete work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Database experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrate ability to take initiative and responsibility beyond the minimum requirements of a job.
  • Demonstrate ability to be flexible and solve problems.
  • 10 years of professional experience in an Environmental Science or other Technical role

  • Ideal candidate will have bachelor's degree from an accredited school in Science, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer requests against federal and states rules to check applicability of request.
  • Pull customer permits from publicly available, company and customer sources
  • Prepare company database of upcoming test events.
  • Prepare and send customer reminders leading up to the day of the test event.
