Our Pre-Suit Attorney's make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Are you an experienced lawyer that is looking for a less adversarial role but one in which you will make a great living while playing a critical role at a nationally respected plaintiff's Personal Injury firm? Here is an opportunity to work alongside world-class lawyers that are looking to mentor and advise Attorney's who are new to the field or work hand in hand with an experienced lawyer who wants to spend less time in the court room.

Requirements

  • Law degree from a fully accredited law school
  • An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
  • 1+ years of personal injury experience
  • Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
  • Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
  • Guide clients through the case process
  • Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
  • Complete TD approval for liability issues
  • Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
  • Manage the release approval process
  • Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
  • Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive
  • Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
  • EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
