About The Position

Pre-service Doc Indexer-Float Pool Responsibilities RESPONSIBLE FOR: Responsible for serving as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. The Pre-service Document Indexer, PCC Float Indexer, and PCC Float Pool Indexer ? PRN, work closely with referring physician offices and hospitals to ensure required pre-service document orders are present prior to patient visits.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One (1) year of experience in a support/administrative role.

Nice To Haves

• Previous medical record or HIM experience preferred.
