About The Position

Are you a natural leader who thrives organizing teams, energizing kids, and keeping programs running smoothly? What You'll Do You'll lead and supervise Pre-School and Youth Sports programs while supporting staff, engaging participants, and ensuring safe, fun, and well-organized activities throughout the summer.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• One or more years of college preferred in education, recreation, sports management, or a related field
• Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and availability through program completion
• Ability to plan, document, and manage daily activities and attendance
• Comfort enforcing policies, dress code, and safety procedures
• Ability to work outdoors and in active environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily youth sports and recreation programs across assigned sites
• Lead, motivate, and supervise staff while assigning tasks and ensuring policies are followed
• Plan activities, review lesson plans, and ensure programs align with set themes
• Track attendance, collect evaluations, and submit weekly summaries and reports
• Maintain safety, discipline, and proper use of equipment and supplies
