About The Position

The Pre-School Teacher Assistant will reflect high professional standards, integrity, and a commitment to excellence within a Christian Pre-School environment. The Pre-School Teacher Assistant selected for this position should have prior experience working with young children and assisting in a classroom setting.

Requirements

• Professing believer in Jesus Christ with a strong Christian faith and lifestyle
• Ability to articulate and integrate a biblical worldview in all aspects of teaching
• Affirm and communicate doctrine consistent with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 revision, and The Nashville Statement

Responsibilities

• Required to work under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher.
• Assist with activities and classroom management.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the students.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the student's family, allowing the teacher to address concerns with parents.
• Establish a professional level of rapport with each family.
• Create and maintain an environment that is clean, organized, and safe for all children.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
