As a Pre-Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in the sales process by connecting our innovative solutions to the unique needs of prospective customers. Using your technical expertise and product knowledge, you will deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with specific customer use cases. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with the Sales team to ensure prospects understand how our solutions address their challenges. You’ll also guide trial training sessions, providing hands-on support and addressing technical questions with clarity and confidence. By simplifying complex concepts and aligning our product capabilities with customer goals, you will foster trust and advance the sales process. Your focus on collaboration, clear communication, and showcasing the value of our standard solutions will help prospects make confident purchasing decisions. Combining technical expertise with strong presentation and relationship-building skills, you will be a key contributor to the success of the sales team and the growth of the business.
