The Impact of a Senior Solutions Consultant at Coupa: The Senior Solutions Consultant is a lead functional business partner of Sales Managers. The Senior Solutions Consultant supports Coupa’s business and revenue goals by providing high-quality business and functional presentations and demonstrations. They will also work across Coupa’s operations to drive the creation and maintenance of field-related material to be used in the sales process to use technology as a differentiator for Coupa in the market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in systems applications selling, implementation, or solution consulting, ideally in Source-to-Pay, eProcurement, or Expense Management.
  • Strong background with SaaS platforms and enterprise applications (e.g., Ariba, Ivalua, Concur, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
  • Skilled in configuring/customizing applications, delivering software demonstrations, and leading discovery sessions to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge sharing, mentoring, and expertise in at least one area of spend management.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical and functional expertise during the sales process.
  • Demonstrate how Coupa can meet and exceed the business need of our prospects with clear focus on measurable value.
  • Provide strong technical understanding of our products with the ability to discuss and demonstrate architecture and integration.
  • Platform Demonstrations, RFP assistance, IT Workshops, Training, Presentations, and Document Creation.
  • Subject matter expert that can provide valuable sales insights to their salespeople and prospects.
  • Managing accounts where 25-40% of your time may include travel.
