About The Position

As a Property and Casualty Presales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales success by supporting presales initiatives and ensuring prospects understand the value of our solutions. You will collaborate with sales teams to support opportunities through discovery calls, qualifying prospects, and delivering tailored solution demonstrations. You will lead and contribute to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and other RFx responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs. Additionally, you will deliver compelling product demos that highlight key features and benefits to prospects and customers, conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, and stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market shifts. You will represent the company at industry events, engaging with prospects and promoting solutions, and will be required to travel as needed for on-site meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong background in the insurance industry, with a focus on Property and Casualty.
  • Experience with both Property and Casualty and Life and Wealth is ideal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable learning and demonstrating complex solutions and systems.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends (business and statutory), competitor offerings, and client challenges.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams.
