About The Position

As a Pre-Sales Engineer focused on Microsoft Power Platform, you will play a critical role in helping prospects and clients envision, design, and validate low-code solutions that drive real business outcomes. You will partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice leadership to translate business challenges into scalable, secure, and feasible solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is ideal for a technically strong, consultative pre-sales professional who enjoys solution design, customer interaction, and shaping deals through thoughtful architecture, demonstrations, and estimates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, consulting, or technical advisory roles within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate in customer-facing scenarios
  • Experience supporting sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, and executive-level presentations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to support opportunities from qualification through solution design and presentation, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Copilot, and AI Agents.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer business processes, pain points, and success criteria.
  • Create estimates and proposal that align with desired outcomes.
  • Build demos and present compelling stories that help customers understand how their life will be better.
  • Finalize SOWs that align to expectations and set all parties up for success.
  • Be an advisor though leadership and best practices.
  • Be a voice in the market through Microsoft events and marketing activities.
  • Obtain and maintain annual certifications.
  • Stay current on Power Platform features, roadmap updates, and licensing considerations, and share insights with internal teams.
  • Clearly articulate the business value, ROI, and scalability of Power Platform solutions.
  • Support proof-of-concept efforts when appropriate to validate feasibility and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Work closely with Delivery and Practice teams to ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to implementation.
