These energetic team members engage with customers, ask qualifying questions and transfer the customer to a waiting Sales Representative. Reporting to a dedicated Team Leader, this position is responsible for Delivering a positive customer experience by speaking to interested or existing customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Engaging customers regarding our competitive offerings. Confirming information provided by customers. Ensuring interested customers are successfully transitioned to a sales representative.
