A person in this position is primarily responsible to provide technical assistance and guidance to customers during the presales process. They will focus on research, preparation and lead generation, retain current customers, improve current customer relationships, obtain referrals form current customers, and grow sales volume and profitability with current customers. Performs regular and accurate reporting to support sales planning and analysis activities, written quotations and negotiations, and records the successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
  • Meeting the below KVAVs and
  • Minimum 1 year working in a battery-industry, sales capacity, or
  • Minimum 3 years working in customer service and/or sales capacity

Responsibilities
