About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pre-roll Machine Operator to join our processing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, servicing and maintaining an automated pre-roll machine, helping us maintain a high level of quality control and ensure compliance with all state regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience using machinery in a manufacturing setting or mechanically inclined
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Ability to meet quotas set by facility manager.
• Ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in a compliance-regulated field preferred.
• Personal accountability pertaining to work quality and attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions while working at one station for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated pre-roll machine and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency.
• Communicate issues that may arise to the Pre-Roll Machine Operator 2 and/orFacility Manager.
• Grind, sift and mix infused products.
• Quality control all pre-rolls that come off the machine.
• Package and label pre-rolls quicky and efficiently while adhering to all compliance regulations.
• Warehouse tasks such as lifting boxes, general assembly and breaking down cardboard.
• Help maintain and organize a clean workspace.
