About The Position

Assure that the PCLI philosophy of quality and caring treatment of patients and staff is upheld in all daily surgical activities. In a positive and cheerful manner, oversee and evaluate all pre and post-op activities. Work with the team to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the smooth flow of patients throughout admission, anesthesia and discharge phases of each patient’s surgical experience. Maintain effective communication within TLC, Surgery, Clinic and other departments of PCLI.

Requirements

• Good computer skills – comfortable with Microsoft Office & EHR/EMR products
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Pleasant, caring, cooperative attitude
• The ability to work with a team and to achieve common goals; delegating to assistants
• RN state licensure for the state(s) in which he/she practices
• CPR certification (required)
• Climb stairs
• Good Hearing
• Ability to lift/push 50 pounds
• Reach and stoop
• Ability to work long hours with limited breaks.
• Driving record and background check upon offer for employment
