What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and reconditioning on pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Repair and service major systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical
Utilize factory-level diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues accurately
Document findings clearly and collaborate with Service Advisors on repair recommendations
Complete warranty, recon, and customer-ready repairs to Mercedes-Benz and dealership standards
Ensure every vehicle meets the performance, safety, and luxury expectations of the brand
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced automotive technician with pre-owned or recon experience
Mercedes-Benz or European brand experience strongly preferred
ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain—we support your growth)
Detail-driven, efficient, and proud of your workmanship
Professional communicator and strong team collaborator

Annual Earnings: $46,000 – $149,000

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Mercedes-Benz or European brand experience strongly preferred
• ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain—we support your growth)
