About The Position

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager for a prominent dealer in Southwest Florida. We are recruiting for a family-owned store that is dedicated to their customers and employees. Our Pre-Owned Sales Manager should be passionate about customer service and be knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling Pre-Owned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and gross to meet profit objectives.
• Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department.
• Recruit, hire and develop a sales force.
• Establish a positive relationship with customers.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and days supply.
• Appraise all incoming used vehicles.
• Work with General Sales Manager to forecast monthly sales goals.
• Enthusiastically assist sales people in customer interactions.
• Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
• Work with Finance Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
• Assist sales associates in closing sales as needed.
